Crosby Corporation has been engaged in supporting high-volume Freddie Mac offices since May 2009. We perform audit and risk analysis, loan quality control review and project management. Our mortgage related expertise in the support of Freddie Mac is our ability to build and deploy teams to perform REO reviews, quality control and risk management.

Accomplishments:

A government sponsored enterprise (GSE) required Crosby Corporation to evaluate existing policies and procedures to identify successes and challenges of processes. Constant communication and biweekly meetings with contractors, client managers, and our corporate office allowed us to adjust and streamline processes to create a more productive and efficient environment. Crosby Corporation placed multiple teams of Senior Underwriters across numerous sites throughout the country to review and underwrite non-performing loan files to ensure that loans purchased by Freddie Mac adhered to the requirements outlined in the Freddie Mac Charter, Seller / Servicer Guide and Seller contracts with lenders. These contractors are tasked with identifying any issues or discrepancies in the loan documents as well as identifying the appropriate remedy. They are measured on not only the quantity of their work, but their quality.
